UK Commercial Debt Recovery
CBC International is established and highly reputable in the field of commercial debt recovery. We conduct our UK debt recovery service on a no collection, no fee basis (excluding disbursements). We charge a rate of commission only on the money successfully recovered and offer a sliding commission scale, subject to debt value. The larger the debt, the lower the rate of commission. There are no placement fees to be paid up-front.

- Special commission rates are negotiable for regular and/or high value instructions.
- Our commission payable for RMI member instructions is 17.5%, as per our prior agreement with RMI
- Bulk referrals that you wish to refer to CBC International can be sent to enquiries@cbc-international.co.uk (We suggest that bulk referrals are submitted in a Microsoft Excel format to ensure that recovery can begin with immediate effect)
Commercial Debt Recovery
Each debtor file that we receive is given individual attention, irrespective of its value. It is our aim to negotiate settlement without recourse to legal action. However, if legal action is necessary, we will inform you of possible costs and obtain your approval prior to proceeding. We are able to continue to judgement and enforcement if necessary. Throughout our debt collection activity, we will keep you fully informed of progress through regular email updates and progress reports.
The service we provide goes beyond simple debt collection. Our comprehensive debt recovery package provides you with a range of complimentary services. We can also assist you in incorporating a clause in your contract, which facilitates the recovery of any costs incurred as result of non-payment by your customer. In effect our services can be employed at no cost to you.
We are properly licensed through the Office of Fair Trading and are registered under the Data Protection Act. In addition, we are also accredited to the internationally recognised quality standard ISO: 9001/2008.
